NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Timothy T. Markin has filed a Motion to Sell Real Property Free and Divested of Liens for the following real property:
1129 Marshall Drive, Erie, PA 16505, and bearing Erie County Tax Parcel No. (33) 28-75-16, more fully described in Deed dated January 6, 2005 and recorded in the Erie County Recorder of Deeds Office in Record Book 1203, page 30.
To McClung Property Holdings, LLC for $100,500.00 according to the terms set forth in the Motion for sale.
On or before November 14, 2025, any Objections to the sale shall be filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Courthouse, Room B160, 17 South Park Row, Erie, PA 16501, with a copy served on all interested parties.
