Notice is hereby given that Ascend Sober, Housing and Treatment Service has been incorporated as a nonprofit charitable corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988, as amended.
The corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, including, but not limited to, reducing financial and practical barriers to recovery and successful community reintegration for individuals in need.
The purposes of the corporation include facilitating access to substance use disorder treatment and recovery services, recovery housing, transportation, basic necessities, employment and educational opportunities, reentry services, and assistance with transitioning to safe, stable, and independent housing.
