The Complaint filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County at Docket No. 10121-2025 alleges that the Defendant, Robert P. Esser, is liable to the Plaintiff, Erie Federal Credit Union, as a result of non-payment of a Note and Security Agreement and credit cards.
The Court has ordered that Notice of this action may be given by publication so that the claims of the Plaintiff may be adjudicated.
